Someone walking greets the person sitting down

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادٌ أَنَّ ثَابِتًا أَخْبَرَهُ وَهُوَ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يُسَلِّمُ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى الْمَاشِي وَالْمَاشِي عَلَى الْقَاعِدِ وَالْقَلِيلُ عَلَى الْكَثِيرِ
Translation
✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "The rider greets the walker, the walker greets the seated one, and the smaller group greets the larger group."
