حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَدْعُو اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَحْمَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Abu Hurayra reported, "The Messenger of, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to use this supplication:
✧ From Abū Hurayrah, he said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate: 'O Allah, set right for me my religion which is the safeguard of my affairs, and set right for me my worldly life in which is my livelihood, and make death a mercy for me from every evil,' or as he said."
