The excellence of maintaining ties of kinship

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُزَرِّدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الرَّحِمُ شُجْنَةٌ مِنَ اللهِ مَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلَهُ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا قَطَعَهُ اللَّهُ
Translation
'A'isha reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Kinship (rahim) is derived from Allah. If anyone maintains ties of kinship Allah maintains ties with him. If anyone cuts them off, Allah cuts him off."
