Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'While a man was walking along a road, he became very thirsty. He found a well, went down into it, drank, and then came out. Then he saw a dog panting and eating the moist earth out of thirst. The man said, "This dog has reached the same level of thirst that I had reached." So he went down into the well, filled his leather sock with water, held it in his mouth, and gave the dog water. Allah thanked him and forgave him.' They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, is there a reward for us in animals?' He said, 'In every living creature there is a reward.'
