حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلاَلٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ الَّتِي فِي الْقُرْآنِ {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا} فِي التَّوْرَاةِ نَحْوَهُ

Translation

✧ From ʿAbdullah b. ʿAmr: 'Indeed this verse in the Qur'an: {O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner} is similar in the Torah.'
