Do not burden a slave with work which he is incapable

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ أَنَّ عَجْلاَنَ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَهُ قُبَيْلَ وَفَاتِهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْمَمْلُوكِ طَعَامُهُ وَكِسْوَتُهُ وَلاَ يُكَلَّفُ إِلاَّ مَا يُطِيقُ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The slave has his food and his clothing, and he is only burdened with what he can bear."
