Should a person help his slave?

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرٌو عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَعِينُوا الْعَامِلَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ فَإِنَّ عَامِلَ اللهِ لاَ يَخِيبُ يَعْنِي الْخَادِمَ
Translation
✧ He said: "Help the worker in his work, for the worker of Allah does not fail" – meaning the servant.
