حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْيَحْصِبِيُّ قَالَ
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُسْرٍ صَاحِبُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَتَى بَابًا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ لَمْ يَسْتَقْبِلْهُ جَاءَ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالاً فَإِنْ أُذِنَ لَهُ وَإِلا انْصَرَفَ
Translation
✧ Abdullah b. Busr, the companion of the Prophet ﷺ, reported to me that when the Prophet ﷺ came to a door desiring to ask permission, he did not face it. He came to the right and left. If permission was granted to him, fine; otherwise he departed.
