حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْقُرَظِيِّ أَنَّهُ رَكِبَ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ أَخِي بَنِي حَارِثَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ يَسْأَلُهُ
عَنِ الْعَوْرَاتِ الثَّلاَثِ وَكَانَ يَعْمَلُ بِهِنَّ فَقَالَ مَا تُرِيدُ؟ فَقُلْتُ أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَعْمَلَ بِهِنَّ فَقَالَ إِذَا وَضَعْتُ ثِيَابِي مِنَ الظَّهِيرَةِ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِي بَلَغَ الْحُلُمَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِي إِلاَّ أَنْ أَدْعُوَهُ فَذَلِكَ إِذْنُهُ وَلاَ إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ وَتَحَرَّكَ النَّاسُ حَتَّى تُصَلَّى الصَّلاَةُ وَلاَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ الْعِشَاءَ وَوَضَعْتُ ثِيَابِي حَتَّى أَنَامَ
Translation
✧ About the three times of nakedness, and he used to act upon them. He said: 'What do you want?' I said: 'I want to act upon them.' He said: 'When I remove my garments at midday, no one of my family who has reached puberty may enter upon me except with my permission, unless I call him; that is his permission. And not when dawn breaks and people move about until the prayer is prayed, and not when I have prayed ʿIshāʾ and removed my garments until I sleep.'
