حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَمَّارٌ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَعَرَفَ صَوْتَهُ فَقَالَ مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ
Translation
'Ali said, "'Ammar asked for permission to enter to visit the Prophet ﷺ and the Prophet recognised his voice and said, 'Welcome with the best and purest greeting!'"
