حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَعْنِي:

" مَنْ ظَلَمَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ شِبْرًا طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ، وَمَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ

Translation

✧ Whoever wrongfully seizes a handspan of land will be made to wear it as a collar from seven earths, and whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr.
