حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ، وَمَنْ ظَلَمَ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ

Translation

  5. Saʿīd b. Zayd Yablugh Bih al-Nabī ﷺ

✧ Whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr, and whoever wrongfully seizes anything of the earth will be made to wear it as a collar from seven earths.
