حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ سِوَاهُ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ

✧ Whoever finds his exact property with a man who has become bankrupt, he has more right to it than the other creditors.
