حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَرْعَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ لَيُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ الْحَيِّ

    يرويه ابن أبي ذئب واختلف عنه فقيل عن ابن أبي ذئب عن عتبة بن عمرو عن ابن عباس عن أبي هريرة وذلك وهم من قائله والصحيح عن ابن أبي ذئب عن عتبة بن عمرو بن عياش عن أبي هريرة
