حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
Translation

✧ The injury caused by a beast is without liability, and the well is without liability, and the mine is without liability, and on buried treasure a fifth is due.
