حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:

أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ، وَأَنْ أَقْسِمَ جُلُودَهَا، وَجِلَالَهَا، وَأَمَرَنِي أَلَّا أُعْطِيَ الْجَازِرَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا، وَقَالَ: نَحْنُ نُعْطِيهِ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ commanded me to take charge of his camels and to distribute their hides and saddle cloths, and he commanded me not to give the butcher anything from them, and he said: 'We will give him from our own resources.'
