حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي هِشَامٍ الْأَيْلِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ:
كُلُّ دَابَّةٍ مِنْ دَوَابِّ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَمٌ يَتَفَصَّدُ، فَلَيْسَتْ لَهُ ذَكَاةٌ
