Musnad Abi Ya'la 5240

Translation

✧ Let not any of you be prevented by Bilal's call to prayer - or he said: Bilal's announcement - from his pre-dawn meal, for he calls the adhan - or he said: announces - at night, so that one who is praying may return, and your sleeping one may wake. And he said: It is not that you say like this and like this - and he lowered his hand and raised it - until he says like this - and he spread his fingers.
