حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ قَالَ:
مَا لِي وَلِلدُّنْيَا، إِنَّمَا مَثَلِي وَمَثَلُ الدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رَاكِبٍ قَالَ فِي ظِلِّ شَجَرَةٍ فِي يَوْمِ صَيْفٍ فَرَاحَ وَتَرَكَهَا

✧ What have I to do with the world? My likeness and the likeness of the world is only like a rider who takes shade under a tree on a summer day, then departs and leaves it.
