حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
مَا لِي وَلِلدُّنْيَا إِنَّمَا مَثَلِي وَمَثَلُ الدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رَاكِبٍ ( قَالَ فِي ظِلِّ شَجَرَةٍ فِي يَوْمٍ صَائِفٍ، ثُمَّ رَاحَ وَتَرَكَهَا.

✧ What have I to do with the world? My example and the example of the world is only like a rider who rests in the shade of a tree on a hot day, then gets up and leaves it.
