✧ I was with Abdullah until he reached Jamrat al-Aqabah, and I got ahead of him. He said: 'Hand me some stones.' I handed him seven stones while he was reciting the talbiyah. Then he said: 'Take hold of the she-camel's reins.' He came to the bottom of the valley, turned toward the tree, then said: 'Allahu akbar.' Then he threw, saying 'Allahu akbar' with each pebble until he had thrown seven pebbles. Then he said: 'O Allah, make it an accepted Hajj and a forgiven sin.' Then he said: 'Thus did the one to whom Surat al-Baqarah was revealed.'
