وَعَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا، إِلَّا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الْأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا، لِأَنَّهُ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ.
