حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ الصُّبْحِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمَيْنَةُ، وَزَيْنَبُ وَهُمَا عَمَّتَاهُ

أَنَّهُمَا لَقِيَتَا عَائِشَةَ فِي نِسْوَةٍ، وَأَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنَ النِّسَاءِ سَأَلَتْهَا عَنِ الْأَشْرِبَةِ، فَقَالَتْ: لَا أُحِلُّ نَبِيذَ حَنْتَمٍ، وَلَا نَقِيرٍ، وَلَا مُزَفَّتٍ، وَلَا أُحَرِّمُ إِلَّا مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

Translation

✧ They both met Aisha among a group of women, and a woman among the women asked her about drinks. She said: I do not deem lawful nabidh of hantam, nor of naqir, nor of muzaffat, nor do I forbid except what the Messenger of God ﷺ forbade.
