✧ Blessed is He whose hearing encompasses all things. I could hear the words of Khawlah bt. Tha'labah, though part of it was hidden from me, as she complained about her husband to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, saying: 'O Messenger of Allah, he consumed my youth, and I bore him children, until when my age advanced and my children were cut off, he declared zihar against me. O Allah, I complain to You.' She said: She did not leave until Jibril came down with these verses: 'Allah has heard the words of the one who argues with you concerning her husband and complains to Allah.'
