✧ Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or images. He said: I said: “Let us go to Aisha,” and we informed her of what Abu Talha had said. She said: “I do not know. I will tell you what I saw him do. The Messenger of God ﷺ went out on one of his expeditions, and I was waiting for his return. I took a piece of cloth of ours and hung it over the side of the room. She said: When he returned, I stood up and said: ‘Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God. Praise be to God who honored you, helped you, and dignified you.’ She said: He raised his head and looked at the cloth but did not answer me at all. I recognized displeasure in his face. He went on until he tore down the cloth, then said: ‘Aisha, God has not commanded us, concerning what He has provided us, to clothe stones and bricks.’ She said: I took it and made it into a cushion and stuffed it with palm fibers, and he did not find fault with me for that.”
