حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:

مَا عِنْدَنَا إِلَّا كِتَابُ اللهِ وَهَذِهِ - يَعْنِي الصَّحِيفَةَ - عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ،

Translation

  5. Ibrāhīm al-Taymī
  6. his father
  7. ʿAlī

✧ We have nothing except the Book of God and this—meaning the scroll—from the Prophet ﷺ.
