حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ زَيْنَبَ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّ مُعَاذًا، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ عَلَيْنَا الْأُمَرَاءُ لَا يَسْتَنُّونَ بِسُنَّتِكَ، وَلَا يَأْخُذُونَ بِأَمْرِكَ، فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي فِي أَمْرِهِمْ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يُطِعِ اللهَ
