حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي رَبِيعَةُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَجِلَ الشَّعَرِ، لَيْسَ بِالسَّبْطِ وَلَا الْجَعْدِ الْقَطَطِ، كَانَ أَزْهَرَ لَيْسَ بِالْآدَمِ، وَلَا الْأَبْيَضِ الْأَمْهَقِ، كَانَ رَبْعَةً مِنَ الْقَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِالْقَصِيرِ وَلَا بِالطَّوِيلِ الْبَائِنِ، بُعِثَ عَلَى رَأْسِ أَرْبَعِينَ، أَقَامَ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرًا، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرًا، وَتُوُفِّيَ عَلَى رَأْسِ سِتِّينَ، لَيْسَ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had wavy hair, neither straight nor tightly curly. He was fair, neither dark nor very white. He was of medium height among the people, neither short nor very tall. He was sent at the age of forty, he stayed in Makkah for ten years and in Madinah for ten years, and he passed away at the age of sixty, with not twenty white hairs on his head and beard.
