حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَاضِرَةَ الْأَزْدِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

قَلَّتِ الْبُدْنُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ، فَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ بِالْبَقَرَةِ

Translation

✧ The camels for sacrifice became scarce at the time of the Messenger of God, so he commanded the people to use cattle.
