حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَقَصَهُ بَعِيرُهُ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُغَسَّلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَلَا يُمَسَّ طِيِبًا، وَلَا يُكَفَّنَ، وَلَا يُخَمَّرَ رَأْسُهُ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا

✧ A man's camel threw him and crushed his neck, so the Messenger of God ﷺ commanded that he be washed with water and lote-tree leaves, that he not be touched with perfume, that he not be shrouded, and that his head not be covered. And he said: 'He will be raised on the Day of Resurrection with matted hair.'
