قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْمٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ النِّسَاءُ إِلَّا مِنَ الْأَكْفَاءِ، وَلَا يُزَوِّجُهُنَّ إِلَّا الْأَوْلِيَاءُ، وَلَا مَهْرَ دُونَ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ
