حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمَّارَ بْنَ يَاسِرٍ، قَالَ:

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: أَيُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا ؟ فَقُلْنَا: يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ، فَقَالَ: أَيُّ شَهْرٍ هَذَا ؟ قُلْنَا: ذُو الْحِجَّةِ شَهْرٌ حَرَامٍ، قَالَ: فَأَيُّ بَلَدٍ هَذَا ؟ قُلْنَا: بَلَدُ الْحَرَامِ، قَالَ: فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلَا هَلْ يُبَلِّغُ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ؟

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us and said: 'Which day is this?' We said: 'The Day of Sacrifice.' He said: 'Which month is this?' We said: 'Dhu al-Hijjah, a sacred month.' He said: 'Which land is this?' We said: 'The Sacred Land.' He said: 'Indeed your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours. Indeed, let the one present convey to the one absent.'
