حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

" أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ بَعْثًا إِلَى بَنِي لِحْيَانَ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ قَالَ: لِيَنْبَعِثْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا، وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَمُدِّنَا، وَاجْعَلْ مَعَ الْبَرَكَةِ بَرَكَتَيْنِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent an expedition to Banu Lihyan of Hudhayl. He said, "Let one of every two men go forth, and the reward is between them." And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, bless us in our sa' and our mudd, and place with the blessing two blessings."
