Show the chain

machine translationAll its narrators are in the Ṣaḥīḥ except ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Muslim and Abū Maʿqil, both of whom are unknown in status (mastūr); I do not know of anyone who criticised them or anyone who declared them trustworthy, although Ibn Ḥibbān alone declared the first trustworthy. The more correct view is that it is not permissible to use them as evidence in this situation.
