أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى فِي مِثْلِ ذَلِكَ قَوْلَ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: وَكَذَلِكَ يَقُولُ، قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدٌ أَيْضًا
فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِنْ يَهُودَ مَاتَ أَبُوهُمْ، وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ مِيرَاثُهُ حَتَّى أَسْلَمُوا: " لَيْسَ عَلَى قِسْمَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَقَعَتِ الْمَوَارِيثُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْلِمُوا
Translation
✧ Concerning a Jewish household whose father died and whose inheritance had not been divided until they embraced Islam: 'It is not according to the division of Islam; the inheritances came into effect before they embraced Islam.'
