عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى مِيرَاثٍ وَلَمْ يُسْلِمْ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمَوَارِيثَ وَقَعَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ، وَالْعَبْدُ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq said: al-Thawrī informed us, from Mughīrah, from Ibrāhīm, who said:
✧ Whoever embraces Islam after the inheritance has taken effect, having not been Muslim before, has no right to it, because the inheritances took effect before he embraced Islam. The slave is in the same position.
