أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
لَا يُكْرَهُ يَهُودِيٌّ وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٌّ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، إِذَا أَعْطَوُا الْجِزْيَةَ
Translation

✧ Neither a Jew nor a Christian is compelled to embrace Islam, if they give the jizyah.
