✧ Jihad of the Elderly, No Emigration After the Conquest, and Fulfilling Covenants

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ " يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ: إِنَّهُ لَا هِجْرَةَ، وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ، وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: “There is no emigration, but there is jihad and intention, and if you are called to march, then march.”
