عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَمْ يُؤْتَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِرَأْسٍ، وَأُتِيَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِرَأْسٍ " فَقَالَ: لَا يُؤْتَى بِالْجِيَفِ إِلَى مَدِينَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَأَوَّلُ مَنْ أُتِيَ بِرَأْسٍ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ
Translation
✧ No head was brought to the Prophet ﷺ. A head was brought to Abu Bakr, and he said, 'Do not bring corpses to the city of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' The first person whose head was brought was Ibn al-Zubayr.
