عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْمُجَالِدِ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ: أَنِ اقْسِمْ لِمَنْ جَاءَ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَقَّأِ الْقَتْلَى
Translation
✧ Umar wrote: 'Distribute to those who came as long as the slain have not burst open.'
