✧ Slaves of the people of war and a man leaving enemy territory with a slave

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ:
أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحَاصِرٌ أَهْلَ الطَّائِفِ بِثَلَاثَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ عَبْدًا، فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَهُمُ الَّذِينَ يُقَالُ لَهُمُ الْعُتَقَاءُ
Translation
✧ He went out to the Messenger of God ﷺ while he was besieging the people of al-Ṭāʾif with twenty-three slaves, and the Messenger of God ﷺ freed them. They are those who are called the freed ones.
