عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،
نص إضافيأَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ نص إضافيالزُّبَيْرَ فَقَالَ: أَقْتُلُ عَلِيًّا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: وَكَيْفَ تَفْعَلُ ؟ قَالَ: أُظْهِرُ لَهُ أَنِّي مَعَهُ، ثُمَّ أَفْتِكُ بِهِ فَأَقْتُلُهُ، قَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: قَيْدُ الْإِيمَانِ الْفَتْكُ، لَا يَفْتِكُ مُؤْمِنٌ
Translation
✧ Additional text: that a man came to al-Zubayr and said: Should I kill ʿAlī? He said: Yes. He said: And how will you do it? He said: I will pretend to him that I am with him, then I will assassinate him and kill him. Al-Zubayr said: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: The fetter of faith is assassination; a believer does not assassinate.
