عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَوْ غَيْرِهِ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ غُزَاةً فِي الْبَحْرِ
Translation
✧ Umar disliked carrying the Muslims as raiders on the sea.
