✧ What is done with one who misappropriates booty

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
كَانَ يُؤْمَرُ بِالرَّجُلِ إِذَا غَلَّ فَيُحَرَّقُ رَحْلُهُ، وَيُحْرَمُ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ
Translation
✧ A man, when he misappropriated, would be commanded: his saddle would be burned, and he would be deprived of his share of the booty.
