عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ:
جَاءَ عَقِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتُهُ: قَدْ عَلِمْنَا أَنَّكَ قَاتَلْتَ فَهَلْ جِئْتَنَا بِشَيْءٍ ؟ قَالَ: هَذِهِ إِبْرَةٌ خَيِّطِي بِهَا ثِيَابَكِ قَالَ: فَبَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مُنَادِيًا: أَلَا لَا يَغُلَّنَّ رَجُلٌ إِبْرَةً فَمَا دُونَهَا فَقَالَ عَقِيلٌ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: مَا أَرَى إِبْرَتَكِ إِلَّا قَدْ فَاتَتْكِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Zayd b. Aslam, who said:
✧ ‘Aqil b. Abi Talib came, and his wife said to him: “We know that you fought, so have you brought us anything?” He said: “Here is a needle to sew your clothes.” He said: The Prophet ﷺ sent a crier: “No man should misappropriate a needle or anything less.” ‘Aqil said to his wife: “I think your needle has escaped you.”
