✧ What obligates ghusl

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِذَا جَاوَزَ الْخِتَانُ الْخِتَانَ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ
Translation
✧ When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory.
