عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ:
بَلَغَنَا أَنَّهُ يُقَالُ لَا يُلْحَقُ عَبْدٌ فِي دِيوَانٍ، وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُ زَكَاةٌ
Translation

✧ It has reached us that it is said: "A slave is not enrolled in the register, and no zakah is taken from him."
