عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ لَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ: لَا سَهْمَ لِعَبْدٍ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنَا عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ: أَنَّ عَبْدًا وَجَدَ رَكْزَةً عَلَى زَمَنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَأَخَذَهَا مِنْهُ عُمَرُ فَابْتَاعَهُ مِنْهُ، وَأَعْتَقَهُ، وَأَعْطَاهُ مِنْهَا مَالًا، وَجَعَلَ سَائِرَهَا فِي مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Translation
✧ Amr b. Shu'ayb said to us: "A slave has no share with the Muslims." He said: "And Amr b. Shu'ayb informed us at that time that a slave found buried treasure in the time of Umar b. al-Khattab. Umar took it from him, then bought him from it, freed him, gave him some wealth from it, and put the rest into the wealth of the Muslims."
