عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
يُوجِبُ الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُوجِبُ قَدَحًا مِنَ الْمَاءِ ؟
Translation
✧ It obligates the prescribed punishment and does not obligate a cup of water?
