عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ قَالَ:
وَكَتَبَ فِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى الْأَمْصَارِ
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ And Umar b. Abd al-Aziz wrote about it to the garrison towns.
